I was in Bournemouth a number of years ago, I was to be at the Hollies concert that was cancelled because Carl was unwell at the time. It was cold and wet that weekend, hope the weather and concert are both fantastic.

I have just come back from a great night in Bournemouth.

Seems to be a lot of banter going on, on the stage specially between Peter and Steve.

They had their youngest fans in the audience, a group of young girls aged from 6 and a half who had sent The Hollies a card before the show.

Why Peter had to make us in the front row stand up I don't know, I was quite happy to be 'intimidated by the person next to me' until I realised if I didn't stand up, I would be the only one.

Not sure if he was being serious, but Tony said that Peter had come home, Peter had to remind him he was from Blackpool, not Bournemouth!

I met a nice couple called Sue & Keith, who kindly gave me a lift to the station in time for me to catch my coach to Southampton, to catch the train to Waterloo, I know they don't come on here, but I'll say thank you anyway.

I can't even go to bed now as I have to be up soon, to get ready to go to Wembley to buy Cliff Richard tickets. I am so tired.

Hi Martin, Oh well at least it was a seaside town and it began with a B, he was nearly right Confused .

I got a front row seat for this night in Cliff's tour, so that means now, I am going to every night at Wembley of Cliff's tour in November, two shows will be sitting in the front row, that's a first for me to be in the front row at a Cliff Richard concert.

Thanks Martin,

Yes I think Tony was having a senior moment, bless him Wink .

I've never had a front row seat at a Cliff concert before, the nearest was the 7th row, which was a good seat also, but front row is a once in a lifetime thing for a lot of fans, if the chance comes along to have it, you need to take it.

So far I have had good seats at Hollies concerts and the venues have been a good size that if you are sitting at the back, it's still a good view.

Can't wait for Tunbridge Wells and Croydon.

Hi Carol,

Did you and Joanne enjoy the show? Where was you sitting?

By the time I got there at around 5:30pm it was very windy and rainy, did you manage to catch any sunshine?

Hi Shelley
We had a fantastic time at Bournemouth! Glad you did too, but wasn't the weather awful? We got there about 3.00.
Still, the show more than made up for it!!
Are you going to Croydon? If so, Carol and I are in row B so please come and say hello.

hope to see you there

Joanne

Hi Joanne,

I am going to be in Croydon.

I am also in Row B, what number are you? PM if you don't want to say it on here.

I'm going to an open evening at Wembley Arena beforehand, they have finished the work on it, so they are holding a preview and entertainment and things.

I just had an idea. How about the The Hollies performing on the same bill with Cliff Richard at Wembley Arena. Now that would make for one magical evening....ah, to dream... Very Happy
