I found out there is one in Covent Garden, I may pop in one day, when I am that way.

Up to number 127 on Amazon. Looks unlikely to chart, with sales of around 1000 copies maximum.

Oh my god! It has arrived.

Staying Power has been in my house for about 5 mins and it's already blaring out of the cd player.

I need to know though, what is a 'Vocan'? in the booklet on Peter's page it has 'Vocans'.

Wonderful picture of Peter. Very Happy

I am very happy now. Very Happy

Still waiting for my copy of "Staying Power" Confused

I start on a new radio station tomorrow after noon, so it would be good to be able to play a track or two from it.

As I have "Hope" and "SDB" on download, I can play those anyway Very Happy

The delay might be because I ordered a couple of Earth Wind and Fire cds at the same time and they will all be sent out together.

It looks like I could still be waiting till mid-march for it to arrive according to Amazon's "Where's my stuff" page. Though all the items I received a couple of days ago had a March expectancy date. Though it also says the 3 things I ordered had not been despatched yet. I suppose I still have a bit of a wait. Confused

All items are supposed to be available as none say they are waiting for stock, so I don't understand the delay Crying or Very sad

I've had the same problem lately with amazon.

I think what it's all about is making sure they have everything in stock seeing what they can package together, specially if you have asked for them to combine the orders and have them posted to you in as less deliveries as possible, hence costing you less postage.

You could change your order to have them sent to you when they are available, but that would cost you postage every time they dispatch an item to you.

I ordered two books and two cd's from them, why they put one book on it's own and two cd's with one book, which made two deliveries on seperate days though they were dispatched on the same day, I don't know Confused .

HMV has loads of the new album although I'm a little surprised that there has been no instore advertising or even appearances in shops for signing.

Depends which HMV you use.

My local one still does not have it in. As I now have mine from Amazon, I have given up on HMV. According the Oxford Street branch of HMV 'I was quite welcome to go into their branch to buy the album, the local stores of HMV will not have it in until all the bigger stores of HMV have received their copy, and if the supplier (EMI) doesn't send out enough copies at one time, then the smaller stores will just have to wait for their copies'.

What happened to the days when the album was in store on the day of the release?

Very Happy

It was in the HMV branch in Dumfries on Monday, hardly the largest store in Scotland!

I have seen copies in both HMV and Virgin stores in Telford and Shrewsbury in last few days.

It's definitely out there on the shelves and good to see.

Sadly, not in my area, and I live in London!

But I'm sure if I go to the heart of the city, I shall see them, pity the people living on the outskirts can't see them.

My local HMV said they would call me when it came in, as I had one put by, but they still haven't called me, so it's still not in there yet.

Shelley

I got mine from HMV in Covent Garden on Monday and they had a least half a dozen copies of it then.
