But at least he adapted his image to go with the times, whether wearing psychedelic clothes in '67, medalion & perm (or was his hair natural?) in the 70s, suave suit on TOTP in the 80s, or the grizzled greying pony-tailed-look in the 90s. Somehow he always looked cool.

I don't think the perm was natural judging by his '60s hair. He always looked pretty cool though save for Amnesty on German TV and The Hollies Sing Dylan era... but none of them looked cool then.

Yes, I have that performance of 'Amnesty' on 'Disco'...

Seems like they started wearing those white suits before Graham left the band. A strange decision when everyone else was going in the opposite direction fashion-wise.
