Hi all Exclamation

Here is a bit of trivia for all of you people who may not know,

Bobby's wife Maureen is also Tony's sister making Bobby and Tony brother in laws.

I read that on another site. Laughing

Bye for now

Susie

Hi Susie
Did you know the Hollies had a song called Maureen, it's a great number from the Sylvester years if I'm right,
Bye, Anthony

Hi Anthony Exclamation

No, I didn't know The Hollies sang a song called Maureen. I have heaps of their records and CD most of them from the 70's but I don't have a song called Maureen. Perhaps it was a dedication to Bobby's wife, like Jennifer Eccles was dedicated to Allan's and Graham's wives. Smile

Bye for now

Susie

I actually heard "Maureen" a few years ago. I believe it was on a tape someone had. As I recall it was very good. To my knowledge, it has never been released...too bad.

The record was never released but was available on a bootleg in the mid nineties. It was actually an early version of 'Corrine' the B side of 'Wiggle that Wotsit'. It's really just the words and the fact it's played acousticly that's differant.
