Re-scheduled Milton Keynes show
We can announce that the cancelled Milton Keynes show has now been re-scheduled.
The Theatre Box Office will shortly be phoning people who booked tickets for the original Concert on March 4th offering them the same seats for the replacement Concert on Thursday 10th September.
The general sale of tickets will go on sale on Friday 20th March. |

We couldn't make the original Milton Keynes concert in March but we went to the re-arranged show last night and, as usual, thoroughly enjoyed it. We met up with fellow Hollies fans Bieneke and Malcolm plus Andre who had flown over from Holland especially for the concert.
This was the final Hollies concert of 2015 and they were in top form. There was the usual banter from the lads and Tony announced that they were finally here after 6 months of waiting, explaining Peter's emergency illness back in March.
We were sitting near the back of the theatre this time and I must say that the stage lighting was fantastic. Usually we're near the front and had not appreciated how good the lighting really is.
I was sitting next to a couple who had moved to England from South Africa about 15 years ago and had not seen The Hollies before. The chap literally had tears in his eyes during He Ain't Heavy. He had not witnessed anything so emotional at a concert before.
Here's the set list:
First half-
Here I Go Again, I Can't Let Go, Sorry Suzanne, On A Carousel, Emotions, Very Last Day, We're Through, Look Through Any Window, Priceless (the new song written by Peter and Bobby and sung perfectly- a Peter solo), Weakness, Just One Look, Stay, Curly Billy.
Second Half-
Stop In The Name of Love, Jennifer Eccles, Yes I Will, Bus Stop, I'm Alive, The Baby, Sandy, Carrie Anne, Stop Stop Stop, He Ain't Heavy, The Air That I Breathe, Long Cool Woman.
So that's it until next year! |

Thanks for the review John. So far, I've got tickets for Crawley and Wimbledon next year. |

No problem, Frostina and Dawn.
I'm hoping to get to Kings Lynn next spring and then see what the autumn tour brings us! |
