Really a very nice form of appreciation for The Hollies to hear them with "On a Carousel" on last night´s brand new episode of "Mad Men".
The great thing about this series has always been to me that it captures the spirit of the Sixties. And apart from that I´m an advertising man myself. Plus: a huge Hollies fans for the last 2 decades. So hearing the iconic Hollies in this iconic series was a very good way to finish the day. Wink

I agree- a perfect meld of the story's narrative arc (Don Draper having scored a hit with his pitch to Kodak for the Carousel slide projector in season 1, rising and falling in subsequent seasons, and now having to meet the challenge of regaining his stature in his agency) with music contemporaneous to the times.
