The site shows Steve appearing with the Hollies in Germany on June 2nd. I heard Bobby mention concerts in Germany when he was interviewed before the show in Leicester back in March, but there is nothing on the Hollies tour list. Even if we can't get to concerts it would be good to know where and when they are!

Thanks for the links and information Aileen - and I agree with you Emily - why are we not hearing any news officially of The Hollies tour dates??

Had a fabulous time last night at The Tiger in Dartford where Steve was playing a solo gig. He performed material from a wide variety of artists including Dire Straits, David Bowie, UB40 and Otis Redding plus new material from his fantastic CD 'At Last'. He also played three requests for me - what a treat. A great voice and a wonderful guitar player. I went with my sister and we had a ball. Many thanks Steve - see you again soon! Smile

Hi

Thanks for the review of Steve last night. Glad you enjoyed it. Wish I didn't live so far away, would love to see Steve perform solo.

Strange old world. On Saturday my sister and I saw Steve Lauri play at a pub in Dartford. Last night I saw his name-sake, Hugh Laurie, play at the Hammersmith Apollo. And I have to say that although Hugh Laurie was good, my Saturday evening with Steve was far more enjoyable, and far more memorable Very Happy

Finally I have had the house to myself so have been able to listen to Steve's CD 'At Last' at full volume. What a treat. It demonstrates his talent as a songwriter, singer and musician and is fast becoming one of my favourites. It's been a long time coming, but has definitely been worth the wait. Samples on his website, but you need to listen to the whole CD to appreciate it.

Thank you so much for posting this. Great interview, and the chance for those who have not bought the CD to get a taste of it. As Steve says it is very varied, and very addictive - I haven't stopped playing it since I bought it a month ago. Very Happy

Thanks for posting this, always good to hear Hollies news. It seems they will be touring Scandinavia next year and possibly Australia/New Zealand.
