My daughter and I attended the concert in Malvern last night, which was brilliant as always. It was her first concert, but she tells me not her last. My daughter is 34 weeks pregnant with her first child and we were both amazed to witness "Gert" dancing to several of the songs. Nothing like starting them off young. :)

How did you guess John ? The baby enjoyed all the music, but became very animated to the intro of The Baby. J.

My Son Andy was jiggling around that much during Purple Rain at Corby on the 17 March 1989 that he was almost born.

That WAS the day he was due but he decided to to stay inside for a few more gigs eventually making an appearance on the 28th!

:) :) I have lent all my CD's to her - she enjoyed the concert so much. Apparently her baby recognises Hollies music but is not so keen on the X factor stuff. Discerning child !!!

Just to update - our beautiful baby grandaughter has arrived. Our daughter, son-in-law and new baby are all doing well, even if the new parents are wondering what sleep is. My Hollies cd's have been transferred onto the IPod and are played along with others, to a very contented baby. Hopefully she will grow up to be a child who appreciates all types of music.
