Does anyone else think that from the last two albums track 6 has been the best song? Suspended animation and coming home. Both worthy of a singles chart!!
Also from the new album, i think track 11 has hit single written all over it. Listen to it again. Its like that that and id love that to chart. If the peter pan of pop can do it so can the hollies!!!
One thing I would say about the new album is the lack of guitar solos. The best guitarist in the world and hardly any solos I want more hicksey solos!!! |

"Suspended Animation" - yes, current Hit potential.
"Coming Home" - definitely NOT. It sounds much too uncommercial. "I Would Fly" or "One Touch" would be more commercial and make better hits. I like them even more myself. |

I Would Fly would be an ideal single and I suppose would chart if some boy/girl band covered it. If The Hollies released a single I would certainly show my support by buying it.
Coming Home is catchy but I agree it wouldn't be a suitable single. |

Suspended Animation - Maybe. Not sure. But a delightful track nonetheless.
I'm Coming Home - Yes. A Catchy, hooky, bouncy, poppy, boppy, happy track. 
I'd also release " I Lied", as a single.
There is no particular"lack of guitar solos" because they are there
and in the best Tony Hicks, style and tradition which (too) often means brief. 
I'm not saying, I'm just saying.  |
