I went to see The Hollies at Symphony Hall for the first time ever in October 2010. Like many others I heard songs that I hadn't realised were theirs.

Welcome Jamalison! It must have been great working at the NEC, organising the events, particularly the concerts. Glad that you are in agreement with regards to The Hollies, with me at least! Hope you get to see them again this tour.
