Good news! I received the Carousel newsletter issue no. 72 this morning, which says about the 4th October release of Then, Now, Always - "EMI inform us that it will be a new updated version with a booklet added, but most importantly the band are going into the studio this week to record a brand new track to be added to the CD. It's another Bobby Elliott and Mark Nelson composition titled 'She'd Kill For Me'. " |

"Dolphin Days", was a superb track on the album and in my view the best track by The Hollies since the 70's. I am sure anther Bobby Elliott and Mark Nelson song will add real substance to the EMI release.
It seems Mark Nelson was involved a band in the early 1990’s called the Milltown Brothers. I have their 1st album and its great! |

Probably. Amazon UK sell individual tracks as far as I have read it. |

HMV/Play/Amazon all have Then Now Always due for release on 4th October, but the track listing is the same as before, there is NO new song???????
Is this just an error? |

My guess is that this is an error. It seems unlikely that the info given on the official site and in Carousel is wrong. |

2. If You See Her
3. One Touch
4. Passengers
5. I Would Fly
6. Coming Home
7. I Lied
8. One Way Ticket
9. Too Much Too Soon
10. Unforgivable
11. Hearts Don't Lie
12. She'd Kill For Me |

She'd lie for me is listed on Amazon UK's newsmail on the new album. Has anyone heard the new song? |

New CD arrived today - I like the new track, growing on me. It starts off very quietly, too quietly I thought, with the guys singing the main chorus line, then the song really starts for me with a haunting guitar part. Mainly Peter's vocals, harmonies are just on the chorus. Song builds up to a faster tempo when Bobby comes in on the drums. I liked the guitars all the way through - wish I could describe them, sorry! The song definitely stays in your head. |
