Hi Kathy
I had a feeling I left out and album but I couldn't think of which one. When you mentioned Rarities I realised that was the one I missed out so thank you. So I have 11 studio albums and not 10.
My favourite tracks on rarities are: Louisiana Man, Eleanor's castle and Open Up Your Eyes.
And Anthony I agree Don't Let Me Down would have been a great single and so would Out On The Road. I also reckon that Louisiana Man would have been a hit single because it has a very catchy beat/tune to it.
All The Best
Susie

That's a very funny album title Kathy I wonder if an album with the title 'Well You Can Stop Whinging Now' would sell or if the fans would see the humorous side or feel insulted. Personally, I would see the humor
To keep on topic, I have another album that I forgot to mention "Hollies Live" that they recorded in New Zealand in 1976. My favourite tracks on that are He Ain't Heavy, My Island, Star and Stop Stop Stop
All The Best

With so many wonderful tracks it's hard to work out why the Hollies never sold more albums. |
