I really love that Album cover but my favourite is from the Aussie Greatest / Volume 2.
It's a purpleish colour photo of the Lads, it's just pre Allans perm look.
I've just noticed it's the one on my profile photo,

I have to admit I'm also partial to the Parlophone Greatest/Volume 2--'tis a fine, fine portrait. "More Great Hits" (sultrier variation of the iconic "For Certain Because" cover shot) comes a close second, followed by Greatest from '68 (Tony in a fur vest--oh my). The Imperial Greatest Hits from '67 is also a cool shot.

As for real non-comp albums, my fave sleeves are "Hollies Style" (classy), Hollies '65 (nice black & white graphics), the U.S. "Bus Stop" and "Beat Group," and the German "Evolution" (lovely, somewhat moody group photos on each of those).

I really love both the Hollies 74 and More Great Hits sleeves but the one that just beats them both for me is the Hollies Greatest Vol 2 cover. That is one very nice photo of the lads Very Happy If I had to go for my favourite inner sleeve its the Hollies Sing Hollies one, why they didn't put that as the front cover of the album I don't know. Rolling Eyes

Hi Everyone! I'm a new member to this fantastic forum! This is my first posting and I have to say my very absolute favorite album sleeve is Hollies 74. I actually had the music sheet for 'The Air That I Breathe' from when I was a young girl playing the piano back in '75 and the front cover of the music sheet featured the lads from the Hollies 74 album cover. Even as a very young girl back then I thought all the guys were very handsome especially Terry and Tony. Last month on eBay I was able to get the actual vinyl record (yes I still have a turn table)!) of the Hollies 74 album. My second favorite album sleeve is Evolution. I just love the artwork of the cover, very psychedelic and colorful!
