So, where do the Hollies stand as relates to the commercial success (or lack of) of the new CD "Then, Now & Always"? Is anyone else other than devote Hollies fans even getting to hear it? I hope it hasn't fallen into a deep black hole, never to be heard of again. Any thoughts and/or comments? |

So far it seems to be yet another Excellent Hollies album confined to the "Official Secrets" list....! |

Iīve got no idea what substance is in it, but the current edition of GoodTimes magazine, a German magazine concentrating on the music from the 60s to 80s published an article about the Hollies and stated: "At the moment 'Then Now Always' is only available through www.hollies.co.uk but it will be commercially released later this summer." As I said I donīt know whether thatīs true or not. However, GoodTimes has excellent contacts to the Hollies and they sure donīt publish any rumour. I will be interested to see whatīs coming out of it. Iīd certainly like to buy my copy in the stores. Because I still can remember what a great feeling it was to eventually buy a new Hollies album with new material when "Staying Power" was released... |
