The dates for the 2009 Spring tour are now published on the website. See Here

Good luck to those who can make it to a gig.

Most tickets will be on sale from Friday the 1st August but some will be for Friends of the Theatre first with public sales some time later. A couple of venues will not be selling untill later in the month or in September.

Details are all on the 2009 tour page.
some venues are now selling. They include, Malvern, Gateshead and Buxton that I know of.

Great news, Rob!
I find Ticketmaster is already selling Hollies tickets in Bristol on 29th March. And Eastbourne announces 18th March at the Congress theatre.
Some time ahead, I admit, but then we can look forward to this for a while.

Looks like I might be going to the Lowry next year. How fitting it is on Allan's birthday Smile

Indeed thanks Rob. Any news on a convention to tie in with any of these dates? I have to say it warms the heart to see 2009 filling up with dates - these guys are in a league of their own when it comes to longevity.

Not sure about a Convention at this time but it is something to be looked at. I will see what can be organised.

Great news, Rob!
So far I've decided to go to King's Lynn - never been there before - and I am considering The Lowry again, it's such a nice venue!

You may notice that three dates have disappeared from the list. This is because the contracts are not actually finalised so I cannot confirm them at the moment.

I will replace them as soon as I am able.

Knut

Kings Lynn is a very nice town. The Corn Exchange is rather like Cambridge, long and thin, not a usual theatre shape. See the pic top right on their website.

It is the venue where on 22 April 1999, Alan Coates played and sang laying on a board backstage as he had back problem at the time. He did a fantastic job and it was not noticable out front apart from him not being on stage.

I've ordered mine for Kings Lynn, although their website does not advertise the Hollies yet. You can order by phone, though.
