Hi Folks

I know it is late notice but Bob and Tony are doing a two day stint of radio interviews, some live and some recorded.

The pre recorded shows will air sometime in the next week or so, so check the radio station listed.

See Here

If you cannot catch them in your area you may be able to listen through the internet.

Thanks Rob - is there any particular reason for this? Seems like quite an intensive burst of activity

It sounds like they are promoting the recently reissued albums Hollies 74 and Another Night. I just listened to the BBC Radio Leeds interview which was interesting I'm glad they still both keep in touch with Allan every year and also speak to Graham too Smile

Yes, they are actually promoting the release of Hollies and Another Night as well as talking about a new album.

For those who have missed any of the interviews or who are overseas, I think you can "Listen Again" to many of them via the BBC website and input the loaction of the station you want then follow the listen again link to find the presenter.

So, for the Bristol show, follow the above link and in the box top left type in Bristol.

On the next page, follow the link at the bottom left to BBC Radio Bristol. Then follow the Listen Again link, centre right and look for the presenter of the show, for this one, Sam Mason, read Richard Lewis Show. As this interview was just after 4.00 pm you need to fast forward 2 hours.

For the other Live interviews that have taken place today, just replace Bristol with the other city and follow the same links.

I listened to the Gold interview today and for the first time ever heard Curly Billy on the radio. Its great that some of these interviews have played songs from the re-released albums which most hardly if ever get played on the radio. I even heard one DJ commenting how good the track Another Night was after playing it Smile

Kat, I lstened to the Gold interview as well. It was my first time to hear Curly Billy on the radio as well as Gasoline Alley Bred. Once again it was well worth dragging myself out of bed at 6 am for an early morning dose of Hollies. Smile

Great interview with Tony and Bobby on Capital Gold (listen again)I really hope that the song that Bobby has penned for the new album see's the light of day and is included-The song is titled Dolphin Days about Tony And Bobby in the early years to the present.

Thats what I thought when I heard Bobby talking about Dolphin Days it sounds really interesting I hope its not going to be one of those songs that remains in the can for years. I wonder if they will any more self penned tracks which the last album was lacking Question
