An new album planned for 2008? Interesting news. Again I'm looking forward to it. Hope we get self written songs this time. And one or two (more than two would also be a good thing ) Tony Hicks Lead Vocals would be MUCH appreciated! |

Superb news!!!!!!!! I don´t expect more than a few (if any) selfwritten tracks and no song with Tony on the leadvocal.. But please, no drummachine this time. Bobby´s one of the best drummers ever!
I can hardly wait to hear the album!! |

Agree .... no drum machine ... and be sure to fill it with your trademark harmonies and at least 1 or 2 looooooooong leads from Tony .... can't wait. Any idea when the recording session might take place? |

As the news item states, over the year.
Nowadays, it is not just a case of booking a studio for a couple of days and laying down the complete album It will be done in stages.
Perhaps the release will be around Christmas or coincide with the UK tour in 2009.
When I know anything definite I will advise. |

Do you remember when Tony Hicks was on Capital Gold Radio with David Jensen and he said there was a suggestion that the band would go into the Abbey Road Studio with an invited audience and perform what is there live stage set for recording. Is this going ahead as well as the new album that has neen announced, because i'm a little confused. Its great news anyway, hope they write some of there own songs but i suppose they will use other songwriters like they have done in the past. |

After reading this information yesterday, I searched around on the internet and found a report that Paul Weller is writing songs for this project. I think he would be very appropriate as a contributor. |

Yes, there´s been romours bout this, and even a photo with Bobby Elliott and Paul Weller. I hope he´s one of the contributors, but not the only one. |
