If you are, and you have any interest in basketball, check this out:

I watched Adam Ballinger play during his four years of college basketball at Michigan State, and in addition to being a good shooter and tough rebounder, he always seemed to be a really nice guy. I think he'll work out well for your basketball team, and be a nice addition to the Adelaide community.
He and his 36er teammate Mike Chappell were teammates in college at Michigan State during the school's 2000 US college national championship season (Ballinger was a little-used freshman reserve that year, but would be a starter his last two years in school). Chappell was a junior in 2000, and hit two of the biggest baskets of the game to help win that title.
But I'm curious - what is the significance of the team name "36ers" ? |

Dunno nothin' about basketball but this will help ya
"Known as the Adelaide City Eagles when they joined the NBL in 1982, the club changed its name to the Adelaide 36ers in 1983 with the nickname reflecting the city's settlement in 1836."
