No, as chig says above, the Abbey Road 1973-1989 booklet lists the writer as unknown.
Maybe this is why it was left off the album in the first place.
Thankfully it did come out later, fantastic ballad. |

The Abbey Road CDs threw up some great surprises like this and Samuel.
