According to my record store on the internet there will be a a release of a dvd in the next week (not the ebay-covers). The dvd is called He ainīt heavy. ..
Among a good variety of songs thereīs an instrumental "Longing for you". Never heard of that song, have you?? |

Hi all,
Good spot on the DVD front - you can already buy it on eBay - see here : "http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Hollies-He-aint-heavy-DVD-NEW_W0QQitemZ300000349060QQihZ020QQcategoryZ41569QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem"
No idea about Longing For You. I'm sure somebody will have the answer!

Iīm quite sure this is a legal dvd. The company is BAM, which I think is a german company and the label is Veo Star. Search for Veo Star on Google and you will find that they have produced more musical dvdīs.
Still no answer about the "new" instrumental Longing for you.... |

What? No Rickfors-era clip(s)? Boo hiss. At least I've got my bootleg DVDs to watch. Will pick up it anyway, naturally, since it's only the second all-Hollies legit DVD in existence. |

Doesn't look too legit a release to me - looks rather tacky (especially since the current lineup isn't even featured on the DVD and their picture is there!) |

We still don't know about that last track; could it be something from the current lineup? I think the new picture is there to show it is up to date and not something that has been out previously. If it is legit, as it seems to be, then we should be grateful for a halfway decent collection of clips (fingers crossed). |

If it is legit, can we get it from anywhere else other than ebay, where I don't venture on to?
I checked on Amazon and there is no new stuff, other than the Hollies dvd's that have already been out. |

You can get the dvd from one of the biggest swedish internet-retailers from June 28th:
http://www.cdon.com/main.phtml?navroot=902
But Iīm quite sure it will be released in England as well.
You know Sweden and England are equals. In football itīs 2-2. And England hasnīt beaten Sweden for 38 years. Thatīs nice, isnīt it? Thatīs the reason why the dvd will be released in England as well. You need it. |

What is this "World Cup" stuff you guys keep talking about?
Isn't it just something to look at when there's no baseball game on TV? |

I have my doubts that this DVD is an official release.
I've just discovered that the last track 'Longing For You' is an instrumental by The Dreamers! |
