What song is it? Do these BBC LPs have live material only, or do some of them have the studio versions on them?

My mother used to have 'Top Of The Pops' LP's (they all seem to feature semi-naked women on the cover!) and the one which I listened to featured cover versions of the hits - for example it was a riot to listen to Slade covered very professionally by a session band!

Yes, they're the only 70s 'Top Of The Pops' LPs I'm familier with too! 'The Woolworths Choir' as we used to call them. Great cover photos though... Wink

Peter

PS. The 'Hot Hits' covers were even better... Embarassed

Don't you just love the covers? I think these must have been in the days before feminism! Laughing
