Sorry Michael - couldn't make the 21st. Hope you had a great birthday
There is so much work being done to convert to the new site and I have had problems with my ISP letting me down so, as you are well aware, the new website is late.
I am working on it as many hours as I can but on Monday I will be in hospital for keyhole surgery to both knees so I am not too sure when I will be able to get the job done.
I am hoping for later next week, perhaps for the weekend, when I can at least publish the main parts of the site and then build on it from there.
Please stay with me on this. My apologies for keep moving the goal posts |

Hi Rob
Apology accepted, I am sure the new site will be worth the wait.
I hope all goes well with your operation and it's not too long before you are up and about again.
All The Best

Hope the surgery goes ok, Rob. You should be able to have a good knees-up afterwards!! |

I always thought Allan Clarke's knees would give up first due to that crude 1960s moonwalk of his.
All the best.

Hi.
Rob has asked me to let you know that he intended to go live with the new website yesterday but unfortunately he has had complications following his operation and has been taken into hospital. He will hopefully be out tomorrow and with any luck the website will be up at the weekend.
We will keep you posted!
Regards, Lesley |

Sorry to hear that Rob is having trouble after his knee surgery. Please give him my best and I hope that he is up and around again soon.

Hi All
Managed to discharge myself from hospital this afternoon and have just installed the new website.
Please let me know your thoughts and if you spot any errors or ommissions.
It has been a rush job over a long time due to my health problems, knees, but made it in the end.
There is much more to be added in the near future. (as long as I stay out of hospital)
Thanks for your patience. |

G'day Rob
I have only one word to describe the new website and that word is brilliant.
I love what I have seen and read so far particularly the band profiles now I know when Steve and Peter were born (always wondered that). I look forward to seeing the profiles of past band members when you get the time to put them up.
I also see that you have added some tour dates for September too.
Keep up the fantastic work that you are doing Rob
Best Wishes
Susie
P.S. I am pleased your knee feels better. |

Hi Rob
I too think that the new look website is brilliant. You have done a great job putting it together which I'm sure must have been a lot of hard work.
I like the silly photo on the 2005 news page where all the guys are sitting on the lounge (or sofa as some people call it) with Ian resting his head on Ray and it looks like Ray was about to hit Peter over the head with the big cushion (which he would never do I'm sure).
I know that it is a honest mistake which you might not have realized but when I tried to read the band member profiles some of them had writing over other writing and a couple of photos were over the top of the writing too and I couldn't read what it properly.
Anyway keep up the good work.
Best Wishes
Cindy |

Hi All
If anyone gets the old site it is because their web browser is not set to
refresh at every visit and they are looking at the old one in their memory
cache.
Just press Ctrl and F5 together and the new site will appear.
There are lots of links on the new site that may not work now because many
of the sites on the historical (archived) pages may no longer exist.
Any other bits that are not working, please let me know.
Regards, Rob |

Or, you can simply hit the browser's "refresh" button. That worked for me.
