I just noticed a book for sale by Graham Nash: Wild Tales.
Has anyone read it? Is it worth it? How much is about the Hollies?
Any reviews?

Cheers,

Ro-Robert

I have the book but as it's a birthday present from my kids and it's not my birthday until next month I'm not allowed to read it yet Very Happy Looking forward to it though, should be an interesting read.

I've read the Hollies parts because I'm not interested in CSN. It is a lot like the interviews Nash gives. It's all about him with a few slings and arrows and snide remarks about the other group members.

This is the reason a lot of American Hollies fans do not like Graham Nash. We've been hearing this since 1969.

As it happens, I got the book from the library yesterday. Graham covers his days with the Hollies in the first 130 pages with a few comments throughout the remainder of the book. Most of the book is about CSN-and-sometimes-Y. His story about how Jennifer Eccles was written has changed again. Now, they were supposedly at Tony's flat in Chelsea. He does admit (finally) to having handled quitting the Hollies badly, but I felt that he glossed over what it did to Allan, considering what close friends they had always been. Allan took it badly? Really? What a surprise. I found him somewhat hypocritical in his comments about his feelings toward the Hollies, considering some of his sniping and comments I've heard him make over the years, including those he has given in some very recent interviews. All-in-all, I'm glad I borrowed the book rather than having purchased it.
