Hi, I've been a fan of Tony since "Dear Eloise / King Midas In Reverse" came out. Since I live in America, there's never been much information about the band mambers that I've ever been able to find. I'm curious...is Tony married now? I gathered he had a son, but is there any more information available about Tony? If the information is forbidden, then I'll let it go, but if anyone has any info, could you share it? |

Hi Linda
Tony is married to a lady named Jane and I read somewhere that she was a model/actress. I don't know how many children Tony has but I do know that he has a son Paul who works at Abbey Road. And case you didn't know Tony's sister Maureen is married to Bobby.

Hi Ladies,
As far as I know Tony and Jane only have the one son, you can see a small photo on the Abbey Road web page. If you have the 40th anniversary box set you can see a photo of the happy couple on the inside of the cover.
Bye,
Anthony |

Oh and don't forget the lovely picture of Tony with his baby son on the LRH set.
It makes me think about that poster with the fit guy and the baby... the one for sale in Athena shops in UK.

Hi Linda,
I'm a Hollies and especially a Tony fan from Nebraska. I have loved the Hollies for 30 of their 40 years. As far as I know Tony and Jane only have the one son Paul.
All The Best,
Shari |

I see what you mean. I don't think the real Tony Hicks has a Facebook page, but there are the "what-to-be's" - I say let them have their day. (I know, it's not right.) There is one Facebook page that is devoted to the Hollies with different pages of each member, but it is "unofficial" just a dedicated Facebook page and well put together I might add. We ALL love The Hollies and their dedication to bringing us such beautiful sounds has this American girl loving them All. They are "timeless" and kind souls they are. They have shared their life and passion of music that will carry on way after we are gone.

We all know that Tony has been collaborating with Kenny Lynch as a composer-team on several songs. But I didnīt know of a song called Nightmares, released 1977 by Kenny Lynch on the Polydor label (The A-side is a Chip Taylor-song called Is it true what they sy about Georgia). Iīm quite sure I can also hear Tony singing in the chorus on both the A- and B-side.
The production is said to be done by Hollies Ltd. Did they produce other artists by Hollies Ltd as well? |
