I found this on the internet and translated it into English.

Storebror F. är på sitt rum. Vi är i Lindome, mars 1984. Jag är 13 år. Han gråter. Det hörs musik, munspel och stämsång. Till slut knackar jag på. His welfare is of my concern Det är en gammal låt hör man. No burden is he to bear... He ain´t heavy, he´s my brother. Inga repor, inget damm. The road is long, with many a winding turn.

My big brother F is in his room, March 1984. I am 13 years old. He is crying. I hear music, harmonica and harmony singing. Finally I knock on his door. “His welfare is my concern” It’s an old song, you can hear that. “No burden is he to bear …” He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother.
He is lying on the floor, crying. He sees me, throws himself in my arms, I don’t know what to do.” I’m sorry Jerker, I can’t help it, this song… “ I hug him while he is shaking. “It’s the Hollies, I think it’s so damn fine. Nobody is heavy to bear, we must take care of everybody if we want a good society. Those right wing people are just cynical, the social democrats want everybody to be included. Without having to compete.” He puts on the record again, and again. I stand there staring. Finally everything is silent. I gently take the single from the record player, very carefully study the tracks in the thick vinyl. No scratches, no dust. The road is long, with many a winding turn.

You are welcome, Sass E Frass and Carrie Anne. He Ain’t Heavy has made an impression on many people, I think.
And yes, it was really nice to meet you in Oslo, Carrie Anne!
