Oh, and I did indeed vote. Strangely enough, I had neither of the two largest vote-getters among my selections!

The results of Gold's Top 300 Greatest Hits Of All Time were announced over the Easter break.

4 Hollies classics made the chart - Long Cool Woman at number 255, Bus Stop at number 223, He Ain't Heavy at number 76 and The Air That I Breathe at number 44.

Incidentally, the top 5 were:

2. Suspicious Minds - Elvis
3. Hey Jude - Beatles
4. Imagine - John Lennon
