Hollies ended their concerts in Australia with the acapella song " Amazing grace " in the eighties. Recorded? |

I remember the Hollies singing Amazing Grace in the mid 70's, don't recall them doing the number in the 80's. Sadly I have never heard of a recording of the number |

That song was actually recorded (along with a version of "Write On") at the Christchurch shows that became the "Hollies Live Hits" album.
From what I understand, a fan kept whistling through the a cappela performance of Amazing Grace, ruining it for commercial release. |

You will most certainly get it on the upcoming new DVD, Reeling in the years, as included in the Australian TV show. |

Hi Knut and Scott, , gee we can hope it's on the DVD, any idea when that is coming out?
I'm sure these days with modern technology you could cut out the whistling. |

Hi Anthony
Fall in the US is equivalent to Autumn in the UK (which must be Spring in Australia?). |
